DELIVERY
DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMESCALES
IMPORT DUTY
We are a UK-based business, and all International prices and taxes assessed during checkout are exclusive of international import duties, VAT taxes, and fees. Please be aware of the applicable import duties and fees for your country, as you will be responsible for these charges upon delivery.
If you refuse your package or fail to pay the duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the costs of return shipping and any additional taxes, fees, or penalties assessed from your refund.
RETURNS
Items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with all original and security tags intact, and in the same condition that you received it. When trying on for the first time, we recommend being mindful of any makeup, lotions, or deodorants that might stain the garment. At the moment, we do not offer free domestic or international returns unless your item is faulty.
Please note that we will not accept returns that have not been shipped more than 7 days after the return request authorisation.
UK
We are currently offering return label at £6 fully tracked service; if you wish to use this service, please note the amount will be deducted from your total sale before refunding. You can print the label upon your return confirmation in our Return Centre.

All products must be returned via recorded delivery, Please retain any tracking information until you have received your refund. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed - this may take up to 7 days.
INTERNATIONAL
Currently, we are unable to offer free international returns. If you are outside of the UK, the cost of return shipping will be the same as your delivery cost, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your items have been approved for return via our Return Centre. You will receive an email notification along with a prepaid label to return your order.

Please note, import duties or taxes were assessed on your purchase, these are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please visit our Return Centre within 14 days of receiving your order to complete your exchange at no extra delivery charge. However, if you require an exchange of a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply place a new order online at sarvin.co.uk.
CANCELLATION
If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at orders@sarvin.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number, the date you placed your order and your name.
We will cancel your order if the item has not yet been dispatched, and we will refund the transaction.
FAULTY PRODUCT
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where there is a visible manufacturing fault on the product.
Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty product please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Where possible and in the first instance, we offer to repair faulty products.
