TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Sarvin. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit or make a purchase from www.sarvin.co.uk.
Sarvin is operated by Sarvin Design Ltd, a private limited company registered in England.
Company: Sarvin Design Ltd
Company Number: 12386877
Registered Office: 8 Far Bank, Shelley, Huddersfield, England, HD8 8LA

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Products
We take care to describe and photograph our garments as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
As many Sarvin pieces are handmade, produced in small quantities or individually made to order, minor variations may occur between garments. These are part of the individual nature of the piece and are not necessarily considered faults.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Goods supplied to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
2. Sizing
Please refer to the relevant Size Guide before ordering.
Certain Sarvin designs are available in standard UK sizing, while selected bespoke or made-to-measure pieces may be produced using measurements supplied by you.
For bespoke pieces, please take particular care when providing your measurements. If your bust, waist and hip measurements fall across more than one UK size or you are unsure which size to select, please contact us before ordering at info@Sarvin.co.uk.
3. Bespoke, Personalised & Made-to-Measure Orders
Certain Sarvin garments are individually produced to measurements, alterations or other specifications supplied or selected specifically for you.
Where an item is genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for online purchases does not apply. UK regulations specifically provide an exception for goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
For this reason, bespoke and personalised pieces cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind, order the wrong measurements or no longer require the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a bespoke or personalised item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, please contact us and we will assist you. A business cannot exclude a consumer's statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
4. Placing an Order
When placing an order, please make sure that all information you provide is complete and accurate, including your delivery address, sizing and, where applicable, bespoke measurements.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or website error, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected on the website.
The total price of your order, together with applicable delivery charges, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. UK online retailers are required to provide customers with clear information about the total price and delivery costs before an order is placed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes are subject to any specific terms shown with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.
Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
Your statutory rights are the same whether an eligible item was purchased at full price or in a sale.
7. Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed on our website and/or at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For made-to-order or bespoke garments, the estimated production time will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable and is separate from shipping time.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.
8. Standard Online Returns
For eligible, non-personalised goods purchased online, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel, without having to provide a reason.
After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must only have been handled to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect and try them on, in the same way you would in a shop. Where an item has been worn beyond this, damaged or otherwise diminished in value through unnecessary handling, an appropriate deduction may be made where permitted by law.
Please see our Shipping & Returns page for instructions on making a return.
9. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not compliant with your legal rights, the cost of returning an eligible unwanted item may be your responsibility where this has been clearly communicated before purchase.
We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
10. Refunds
For eligible online cancellations, refunds will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where applicable, we will refund the standard outbound delivery charge paid for the order. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the standard delivery option.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your item is faulty, arrives damaged, is incorrect or is not as described.
Email info@Sarvin.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate.
Consumers have statutory remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, including a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days and, depending on the circumstances, repair, replacement or other remedies after that period.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes those statutory rights.
12. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Sarvin website, including designs, branding, photographs, graphics, text, product names and other original material, belongs to Sarvin Design Ltd or is used with permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
13. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or technical errors.
We may update, modify or temporarily remove parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
Any change to these Terms will apply prospectively and will not remove rights that customers already have under an existing contract.
14. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
We will not use these Terms to exclude responsibility for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights. UK consumer contract terms must be fair and transparent and businesses cannot use terms to take away statutory consumer protections.
15. Personal Information
We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, website or applicable law.
The terms applying to an order will be those made available to you when you placed that order.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.
