How are we responding to Covid19?

At The Sarvin, we have been closely monitoring the latest developments on coronavirus (COVID-19). Following recommendations from the World Health Organisation (WHO), carriers have temporarily suspended signature requirements for most deliveries to extend its safety precautions at the point of delivery. Therefore, we are temporarily not requiring you to sign for your delivery physically. We suggest that you follow your shipment with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

 

What size should I order?

Please refer to our size guide in our product pages to determine your most suitable size; we offer dual sizes from UK 6-14.

 

Extra Small = UK 6-8

Small = UK 8-10

Medium = UK 10-12

Large = UK 12-14

 

However, we offer a bespoke service as well. If you wish to order the dress in a particular size or get it made perfectly fitted for you, please get in touch with us via email — info@sarvin.co.uk.

  

Can I modify my shipping address?

Please email customer service so that they can make this amendment.

 

How can customers return and exchange an item?

You can return any items within 14 days of receiving your order. We can accept items for exchange and return providing it is returned unworn with all tags and labels intact.

Please email orders@sarvin.co.uk, and we will provide instructions on how to return your purchase.

 

The item/size I would like to order is out of stock, what should I do?

Please email orders@sarvin.co.uk, and we will do our best to inform you when the item/size will be restocked or we can get it made for you!

 

What if my order gets lost or doesn’t arrive on time?

We endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days with a secured courier. However, if your order doesn’t arrive on time or appears to have been lost during delivery, please email orders@sarvin.co.uk with your order details and query, and we will do our best to resolve any issues to rectify the situation.

 

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an automated email confirming your order once it has been placed on our website. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive another email confirming that your order has been dispatched and due to be delivered.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with international delivery services available from £8.99 (EU) to £13.99 (USA/AUS) and £15.00 (rest of the world). Delivery times will vary depending on the destination; please see our Delivery Information page or email orders@sarvin.co.uk  for more details. Please note International orders may incur extra custom duties and taxes depending on the destination, we would advise checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.

 

How do I wash my Sarvin designed dress?

Please refer to individual care labels or product page for best care instruction.

However, we kindly suggest you to take your Sarvin handmade pieces to dry clean as all our designs are made from delicate fabrics.
