How are we responding to Covid19?

At Sarvin, we have been closely monitoring the latest developments on coronavirus (COVID-19). 

Following recommendations from the World Health Organisation (WHO), carriers have temporarily suspended signature requirements for most deliveries to extend their safety precautions at the point of delivery. 

Therefore, we are temporarily not requiring you to sign for your delivery physically. We suggest that you follow your shipment with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

What size should I order?

Please refer to our size guide in our product pages to determine your most suitable size; we offer dual sizes from UK 6-14.

Extra Small = UK 6-8

Small = UK 8-10

Medium = UK 10-12

Large = UK 12-14

However, we offer bespoke service as well. If you wish to order the dress in a particular size or get it made perfectly fitted for you, please contact us via email —

I’ve placed my order. Can I make changes to it?

Please email customer service so that they can make this amendment.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any items within 14 days of receiving your order. We can accept items for exchange and return providing it is returned unworn with all tags and labels intact.

Please email, and we will provide instructions on how to return your purchase.

 The item/size I would like to order is out of stock. What should I do?

Please email, and we will do our best to inform you when the item/size will be restocked, or we can get it made for you!

When can I expect my order?

Our small team is working as fast as we can while taking safety precautions with incoming parcels to keep our team safe. We endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days with a secured courier.

If your order doesn’t arrive on time or appears to have been lost during delivery, please email with your order details and query. 

We will do our best to resolve any issues to rectify the situation.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an automated email confirming your order once it has been placed on our website. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive another email confirming that your order has been dispatched and due to be delivered.

 Do you ship internationally?

We offer DHL Express international delivery service to all countries. Parcel will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

USA/AUS Standard Orders - £15 - 5+ days

USA/AUS DHL Express Orders - £25 - 2-3 days

Rest of the World DHL Express Orders - £25 - 2-3 days

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and are charged and regulated by your government. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are before purchase.

How do I wash my Sarvin designed dress?

Please refer to individual care labels or product page for the best care instruction.

However, we kindly suggest you take your Sarvin handmade pieces to dry clean as all our designs are made from delicate fabrics.
